Autumn Workshops

20 Professionally Tutored Workshops
at affordable prices running concurrently for 5 days

In the following you will find information about the Grafton Autumn Artsfest tuition fees plus an application form. A fully detailed printed brochure will be available from early January 2010 and the electronic version from December 1, 2009.

Tuition Fees

  • Workshop 1 only $650.00 (No Concessions) BOOKED OUT, please click here for information on Judiths other workshops running in 2010.
  • Workshops 10b thru 12 $610.00 (No Concessions)
  • Adult - full fee $575.00
  • Adult Conc Workshops 2 through 10 only $520.00
  • Student $200.00
  • 2 adults enrolling together $1130.00 (not applicable to workshops 1, 10b thru 12)

Enrolments will be accepted while vacancies are available.

Option 1 - If you enroll before Friday February 12, 2010 and pay the full fee, by either downloading an application form  below and sending it in or by credit card and phoning the office, you will  with a  you receive a 10% discount.

Option 2 - You may enrol and pay a $150.00 NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-TRANSFERABLE DEPOSIT with the final payment due by Friday March 5, 2010. Progressive payments are acceptable.

If you are interested in enrolling early in a specific workshop but not too sure of what the workshop is about, please phone for further information. You may change your choice on receipt of the fully detailed brochure, which will be posted in January, 2010.

WORKSHOP TIMES will be 9:00am to 4:00pm daily. Please note on Sunday April workshop hours will vary at the discretion of the Tutors.

CANCELLATIONS and REFUNDS The organisers reserve the right to limit class sizes and cancel the workshops if minimum enrolments are not reached three weeks prior to workshop commencement. If the latter should occur, all fees paid will be refunded or you may transfer to another workshop.

Students cancelling before March 5, 2010 will forfeit the $150.00 deposit paid.
After March 5, 2010 all monies paid will be non-refundable and non-transferable - including the deposit.

Enrolments will be accepted whilst vacancies are available.

A credit card fee of $4.00 applies to Visa and Mastercard transactions.

HELPFUL INFORMATION WHEN REGISTERING FOR AN ARTSFEST WORKSHOP

Register online or Print out a copy of the Application Form and register by mail/fax

Venues: All workshop venues will be held in close vicinity to the Central Business District

Accommodation: Grafton is a small regional city and the furthest accommodation listed on our recommended page would be no more than 20 minutes from workshop venues.

February: You will receive an Information Pack and it will include general information regarding Artsfest, a Tax Invoice/Receipt, Student Requirement list from your tutor, and an A3 map of Grafton on which your workshop venue will be highlighted and all other relevant sites are clearly marked.

If you cannot manage to attend Artsfest then maybe you would like to make a donation that will be used for scholarships for school students and underprivileged children to attend Artsfest workshops.
