General Information

Dates: Workshops will commence on Sunday September 23 through to Thursday September 27 inclusive. Times for workshop will be 9.00am to 4.00pm daily.

Please Note: All workshops run concurrently this allows you to only enroll in one workshop.

The inaugural Fay Boyd Fine Art School will be held at the Grafton High School from Sunday September 23 to Thursday September 27, 2012 inclusive.

There will be a number of 5-day workshops on offer with tutors who have been selected to provide students with professional, expert tuition in their chosen form of the Visual Arts.

Grafton is situated on the Northern Rivers of NSW approximately halfway between Sydney and Brisbane. Access to Grafton is possible via car, plane, bus or train.

WORKSHOP INFORMATION - Following your enrolment you will receive your Student Requirement List, a Models Fee (if applicable), and a map of Grafton plus general information for your convenience.

WORKSHOP VENUE - All workshops will be held at the Grafton High School. Classrooms will be allocated on the first morning of the School.

SCHOOL CAFETERIA – This will be open for the convenience of all students and tutors and will offer a variety of food and refreshment. Special dietary requirements will be catered for on request.

MEDICAL ATTENTION AND INSURANCE – The organiser holds Public Liability Insurance only; students are advised to take out independent policies for sickness, accident benefits and personal possessions should you wish. The Emergency Department at the Grafton Base Hospital is open 24 hours a day for any emergency treatment required.

ACCOMMODATION – Please book your accommodation early. A list of suggested hotels, motels etc are available from our here.  If you require help or advice please do not hesitate to phone 02 6643 1528.

The ART SCENE shop will be available on site at the Grafton High School.

TUITION FEES: ADULT $550.00, CONCESSION $530.00. Payment may be made by Cheque, Money Order, Direct Deposit or cash. Unfortunately Credit Card payments will not be available.

PAYMENT OF ENROLMENTS – You may enroll and pay a $100.00 DEPOSIT with the final payment due by Friday August 24, 2012 or enroll and pay the full fee.

CANCELLATIONS – Organizers reserve the right to limit class sizes and cancel the workshops should minimum enrolments not be reached three weeks prior to the commencement of the school. All fees paid will be refunded or you may transfer to another workshop.

STUDENTS CANCELLING before Friday August 24, 2012 will forfeit $50.00 of the deposit already paid.

STUDENTS CANCELLING after Friday August 24, 2012 will forfeit the full deposit of $100.00 paid.
