General Information
ON ARRIVAL - At your chosen workshop venue you will be met by a representative to help with any questions you may have.
WORKSHOP TIMES - Workshops will commence each day at 9:00 am and conclude approximately 4:00 pm. Following your enrolment you will receive your Student Requirement List, a map showing your workshop venue, plus general information.
TUTORS - Artsfest tutors are selected from Australia and internationally to bring to this region fresh ideas and creative energy. As practising professionals and teachers, they excel in their art, methods and communication. Our tutors are chosen and presented in good faith. Should their teaching methods or expertise vary from expectation, no claims from students will be considered.
LUNCHES, MORNING/AFTERNOON TEA - will be available from your workshop venue or other food outlets in close proximity. This does not apply to Artist-in-Residence workshops which are fully catered for and included in your accommodation tariff.
ACCOMMODATION - It is suggested that you book your accommodation early. If you require help or advice on choosing accommodation, please do not hesitate to contact the Tourist Information Centre in each town. Contact details are listed with each workshop description. All accommodation enquiries contact which ever information centre listed on each workshop page.
MEDICAL ATTENTION AND INSURANCE - The casualty department is open 24 hours a day at the local hospital. Artsfest holds Public Liability, Workers’ Compensation and Voluntary Workers Insurance. You are advised to take out independent policies for sickness, accident benefits and personal possessions, tools, works of art, etc, should you wish.

Concession $630.00
These fees are the workshop fees only, to obtain accommodation tariffs please contact the information centre in the town where the workshop is to be held.

Option 1 - You may enrol and pay a $200.00 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit with the final payment due by Friday July 2, 2010. Progressive payments are acceptable.
Option 2 - Enrol and pay the full fee. Registration deposits only when registering through the online shop. Download an Outreach Application Form if you do not wish to use our secure online shop.
Yamba workshops - Students cancelling before Friday May 21, 2010 will forfeit their deposit paid.
After May 21, 2010 ALL monies paid will be non-refundable and non-transferable - including your deposit.
Other Outreach workshops - Students cancelling before Friday July 2, 2010 will forfeit their deposit paid.

To avoid disappointment, lodge your registration early, as Artsfest reserves the right to limit class sizes and cancel workshops if minimum enrolments are not received. This procedure begins three weeks prior to Outreach Workshops commencing
